♡ My product arrived melted, what should I do?
| If your butter has melted upon arrival you can place it in the fridge or freezer for ~10min. It's original whipped consistency will not be restored but the moisturizing benefits are still there. |
♡ Can I use you your body care products on my face?
| Please note, some of my products are not intended for use on the face. So do so with caution, our products are designed to be used for the body. But we do have some great feedback from customers who opt to use the on their face as well. |
♡ Are your products safe for babies?
| Yes our products are safe for babies, we do recommend that you wait until they are at least 6 months of age before using our Baby Balm and/or any other Body Butters/Body Creams. |
♡ My product appears different in texture?
| If you receive your Hair Balm and or Baby Balm and it appears to be grainy. That's due to the Mango Butter solidifying in the product. During shipping the balms may sweat causing the product to melt before arrival. If this happens you can place the jar in a hot water bath until melted, stir until combined it will solidify at room temperature. |
